You may choose whether your name may be considered for inclusion at the end of the Pigoid film. Providing a name for this purpose is optional and is not required to make a contribution.

We rely on your consent to use and publicly display the chosen name for this acknowledgement. If included, the name may appear in the film’s end credits and may therefore be visible worldwide through screenings, distribution, streaming, broadcasts, recordings or other authorised releases of the film.

Inclusion is not guaranteed. We may omit a submitted name for production, technical, legal, safety or editorial reasons, including where a name is unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringes another person’s rights or is otherwise unsuitable for publication.

You may withdraw your consent or request a correction by contacting info@pigoid.com. We will honour requests where reasonably possible before the film credits are finalised. After a version of the film has been completed, released or distributed, it may not be technically or practically possible to remove or change the name in copies that have already been produced or made available. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

We do not use the email address collected for a contribution to send marketing communications unless you have separately consented to receive them.
